"'For i Know the plans i have for you', declares the Lord. 'Plans to prosper you and not to harm you. Plans to give you hope and a future.'"
Jeremiah 29:11
This verse is one of the most popular verses in the Bible. But sometimes we find it hard to believe. We don't listen to God. I know sometimes I don't.
Its hard as young people to trust God that he will make everything come out right. Seriously, sometimes we just want to go our own way so that we will 'know' how everything will turn out. But it won't, unless God is there to guide us. I know that when I try to plan my life, I don't know what's happening. Everything is in a swirling mess around me.
So just trust, and God will make it turn out, according to His will.
The Open Door
Revelation 3:8 I know your deeds. See, I have placed before you an open door that no one can shut. I know that you have little strength, yet you have kept my word and have not denied my name.

Called By God
We have been called by God to do great things, including opening the door and stepping out of our comfort zone to reach out to others. This is a blog by a teen for teens (and adults) who need encouragement to do these great (and sometimes hard) things. Proverbs 20:29 says "The glory of young men is their strength." As teenagers and young adults we are positioned to start now in deciding who we will become. These are our training years, but that doesn't mean we can't start by doing the unexpected. So Join me in rising up against the viewing of our society that we cannot be productive during these years.
